Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident and happy with your BaKaTa piece.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Earrings and ear cuffs can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use, for hygiene reasons.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces.
- Gift cards.
Returns process
- Contact us at hello@bakata.nl to request a return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Please ship your item using a trackable service; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@bakata.nl within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items can be returned under the same conditions as regular items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@bakata.nl
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.
