1. Where do you ship from?
Each BaKaTa piece is handcrafted in ateliers across Colombia and shipped from our logistics partners in the Netherlands.
This allows us to ensure every order arrives safely, while keeping a close connection to the artisans who create each piece.

Free shipping is available on orders over €100 within the Netherlands and over €150 for international orders.

3. How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within the Netherlands take 1–3 business days.
For Germany, Belgium and Spain, please allow 3–8 business days.
4. How do I take care of my jewelry?
- Our pieces are made to accompany you for years. To preserve their beauty:
- Keep away from perfumes, creams, and chemicals.
- Store each piece separately in its pouch.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid friction with harder materials.
- Remove before swimming or bathing.
5. What materials do you use?
BaKaTa pieces are made using a variety of materials, including bronze with 24k gold plating and other artisanal materials such as textiles or natural elements. Each piece is created using high quality techniques. Each piece is hand made – no two are ever exactly alike.
6. Are the pieces limited edition?
Yes, each design is produced in small quantities.
This keeps BaKaTa collections intimate and meaningful, ensuring each piece carries a sense of rarity and connection.
7. Are returns accepted?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn pieces. For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use.

Each order comes carefully wrapped, ready to gift.
We are working on a signature packaging design that reflects our Colombian origins and natural inspiration.
